Role | Project Manager from Schematic Development through Permitting

This project transformed the Hotel del Coronado’s historic Laundry Building from temporary office spaces to a pub and event space including a bar, block of restrooms, catering kitchen, and exterior upgrades. The centerpiece of the space is a refurbished 1880s-era bar sourced by the design team and integrated into the plans. The bar is placed underneath the conveyor system original to the building’s use.
