Role | Project Manager from Schematic Development through Construction

Our team was initially brought on by the building owner to deliver divided shell spaces for future tenants. With no existing as-builts, we brought on consultants and began documenting the existing conditions. During drawing production, Vuori signed on as a tenant of one of the spaces, and we increased our scope to customize the shell space. Vuori brought our team back shortly after opening to expand their retail floor, changing rooms, and storage space as well as update the interior to align with new brand standards.
